The aim of the silver ribbon foundation is to educate and raise awareness about all gynaecological cancers and support those affected. In New Zealand, one woman dies every day from a gynaecological cancer. Sarah, the director of Orsini’s Fine jewellery store, sadly lost her mother Bev to uterine cancer 4 years ago. Sarah has donated her time and services to instigate & coordinate the silver ribbon pendant and brooch creation. Peter Minturn a renowned New Zealand jeweller has also contributed his time and services designing the stunning silver ribbon brooch and pendant. Peter is a very well known jeweller. In the past he has commissioned work for the Queen, Princess Anne, Elton John, Dame Te Atairangkaahu to name a few... Peter now runs the Peter Minturn Goldsmith School. We are very grateful for his support. Please support the silver ribbon foundation by purchasing a pendant or brooch. Each silver ribbon pendant or brooch sold will raise $35.
