Delivery Information

NZ Couriering

Orsini Jewellers will dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment being received. An email will be sent to you advising that your order has been dispatched and deliveries within New Zealand should take no more than 2 days to be couriered to you, depending on where you live.

Orsini Jewellers uses reputable couriers and requires that a signature be collected when delivery is made.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of dispatch please contact us and we can trace the location of your purchase.

Overseas Couriering

For overseas delivery services we will communicate with you regarding the expected delivery time. We will email you the tracking details so you can monitor progress of your shipment. We can offer you tax free pricing when couriering overseas, approx 15% less.

Gift Wrapping

Please let us know if you have any gift wrapping requirements. We have gold, white, black or brown paper options with either Orsini ribbon, Gucci ribbon or plain ribbon if you are wanting to maintain a surprise.
