Orsini Jewellers Ltd will dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment being received. An email will be sent to you advising that your order has been dispatched and should take no more than 2 days to be couriered to you if delivery is in New Zealand, depending on where you live. Orsini Fine Jewellery uses reputable couriers and requires that a signature be collected when delivery is made.

If you have not received your order within 2 days of dispatch please contact us and we can trace the location of your purchase. For overseas couriers we will pass on the tracking details so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
