The hours are extended before Xmas (Open Sundays, late night Thursdays & Fridays). Please note that you can also buy online if we are closed. We overnight courier anywhere in NZ.

New Zealand - Shipping is free for all New Zealand orders.
Australia - We offer signed + tracked courier for $60 NZD
USA/Canada - We offer signed + tracked courier for $80 NZD
Other Destinations - We offer signed + tracked courier for $100 NZD
In New Zealand we courier using an overnight courier service. Online orders placed before 3pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day and should arrive the following day (unless ordered on a Friday or Saturday, these online orders are dispatched the following Monday).
All international shipments are dependent on couriers. Between 6-10 days is the standard time.
All shipments are insured. International shipments are via FedEx or similar. Please note the purchaser is responsible for any import duties and charges on international shipments.
Yes, however our workshop is situated away from our boutique due to dust and noise.
Absolutely. All of our engagement rings are all bespoke and we work with our clients to create the design of their dreams. In our boutique we have sample which we use to help with design but these are only guides.

Yes, our workshop performs repairs and alterations to not only our own jewellery but also to jewellery purchased elsewhere.

When you purchase jewellery from Orsini and wish to receive the duty free savings, your jewellery stays securely on our premises until a few days before your depart New Zealand. Your jewellery is then transferred to the collection point where you will be able to collect.

Unfortunately you can not. You must pick up your jewellery when you are leaving New Zealand.
