The Vicenza jewellery fair 2014 is always an amazing source of inspiration. The new trends emerge well before they reach the NZ market. This year has new catch phrases; proportional abstraction, nature illusion, historical roots, the machine age, to name a few!
I loved the white gold & diamond jewellery by Hulchi Belluni, there were amazing new designs, many featuring a mix of gold colours & rose gold. The jewelers exhibiting are many of the leading European jewellery companies. There were several jewellers attending from Australia and it is always great to share knowledge. I was the only retailer from NZ, thank goodness I was there to represent.
One evening we attended the Vioro magazine 30th birthday function, an opportunity to celebrate one of the most important jewellery magazines in the World. An amazing experience! I have come back truly inspired with knowledge about the latest in European jewellery trends.
