Illuminated by the romantic and feminine touch of pavé brilliant-cut diamonds, these convertible earrings can be worn in as many as six different combinations by simply detaching and mixing the pendant elements. The 18kt yellow gold leaves are finely hand-engraved using an ancient Florentine technique.
